Yes, items purchased at one of our show stands can be returned under our standard returns policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn, unused and in their original packaging with all swing tags and labels attached. Items purchased through one of our Elite Stockists are subject to that stockist's own returns policy. Please contact them directly to arrange your return. 

Once we've received your returned item please allow 3-5 days for us to assess it and confirm whether it qualifies for a refund. If successful, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to appear on your original payment method. You'll be notified by email every step of the way. If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of notification please contact us at info@coldstreamequestrian.co.uk.

Yes, items must be returned in their original packaging with all swing tags, labels and accessories included. Items must also be unworn and unused and in the same condition as when purchased. Returns that don't meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be processed.

We want you to be completely happy with your Coldstream purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt providing it is unworn, unused and in its original packaging with all swing tags and labels attached.
