We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £100 — please note this excludes some outlying postcodes. For orders under £100, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. For overseas orders, postage is calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location. Mainland UK orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, excluding bank holidays.

At the moment we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery day or time. However, we work closely with our couriers to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you haven't received this, please check your junk or spam folder or contact us at info@coldstreamequestrian.co.uk with your order number and we'll help you out.

For European and overseas orders please allow 7-14 working days for delivery, excluding bank holidays. Please be aware that additional import duty charges and fees may apply depending on your location and the value of your order.
