Official Promotion Terms and Conditions: £1,000 Wardrobe Giveaway

1. 1. The Promoter
   The promoter is Coldstream Equestrian (the "Promoter").
   
   2. The Competition
   2.1 The title of the competition is: Coldstream Headline Campaign Wardrobe Giveaway.
   2.2 To celebrate MARS Badminton Horse Trials, one winner will receive a selection of Coldstream products of their choice up to the total retail value of £1,000.
   
   3. How to Enter
   3.1 The competition will run from Wednesday 29th April 2026 (the "Opening Date") to Midnight on Tuesday 12th May 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
   3.2 To enter, users must follow the entry instructions on the official @ColdstreamEquestrian Instagram or Facebook post.
   3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.
   3.4 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failures or network issues.
   
   4. Eligibility
   4.1 The competition is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
   4.2 By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
   
   5. The Prize
   5.1 The prize is a selection of Coldstream products up to the value of £1,000 RRP, subject to stock availability.
   5.2 The prize is not negotiable or transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
   5.3 If the selected items total less than £1,000, no "change" or credit will be issued for the remaining balance.
   
   6. Winner Selection
   6.1 One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries across Facebook and Instagram.
   6.2 The winner will be announced on Wednesday 13th May 2026 via the official Coldstream Equestrian social media channels.
   6.3 The winner will be contacted via Direct Message from the official @ColdstreamEquestrian account only.
   
   7. Claiming the Prize
   7.1 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
   7.2 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
   
   8. Limitation of Liability
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, you fulfil a complete release of Meta from any and all liability.
   
   9. Data Protection
   Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
